How does Flexible Payment work?

Paying for purchases using Flexible Payment is easy. This is how it works:

1. Put the items you want in your basket and select Flexible Payment by Zinia By Santander at checkout (pleae note that not all merchants offer this payment method).

2. Select the number of instalments you want to pay for your purchase in.

3. Follow the simple application process. You will need to provide some personal details and your ID. In some cases, you will be asked to verify your identity and provide proof of income.

4. You will be told straightaway if your application has been accepted.

5. Once the store has shipped your order, the loan will be activated and the monthly instalments will automatically be taken via the payment method selected in the application process. That way, you can just sit back and enjoy your purchase hassle free.
