How can I change the IBAN linked with my direct debit?
Log in to your Zinia account on the app or website, go to "My Zinia" and click "Payment methods". In this section, you will be able to select the corresponding direct debit mandate and change the IBAN associated with it.
Important: this change will affect all the orders linked to that specific mandate and payments will start to be debited from the newly added account.
